AFFIDAVIT

I, Anthony John Apura , of legal age, single and a resident of Barangay Valladolid, Carcar City, after having sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say to wit: THAT I have observed a court hearing in the Palace of Justice located at the Capitol Site, Cebu City. THAT I arrived at the Palace of Justice together with my two companions at around 9:20 in the morning on the 26th day of June. THAT I did go to the Palace of Justice to observe a court proceeding because we are required by our Professor in the subject Legal Profession. THAT it is not my first time to attend a court proceeding since I have attended a lot of court hearings before. THAT after I have witnessed the court hearings I have asked for the Certificate of Appearance from the court personnel to prove my attendance on the said court.
