This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, behavior and motivations in TECHNOLOGY-BASED COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT (NTR) in accordance with industry standards. It covers the core competencies required to finish the program at a level that qualifies the graduates to perform the duties, functions, and tasks of the cooperative industry. The competencies are designed in such a way that the trainees will graduate equipped with knowledge, skills, and attitude to handle their own businesses in a cooperative mindset or work as leaders of any cooperative undertaking. Trainees or students wishing to gain entry into this course should possess the following requirements:
