Troubleshooting
Trouble
The chair will not be activated.
Switchboard is OK?

Possible cause
Is the power cord correctly plugged in? Is the main switch turned on? Is not the fuse or the breaker of the switchboard cut off? Has the equipment operated for a long period of time continuously? The overheat prevention device has been activated. Allow the equipment rest for about 10 minutes. The operation resumes after that.

Turn on?

Plugged firmly?

Overheat prevention device

A protection circuit to prevent abnormal overheating of the inner mechanism due to continuous operation. When this device is activated, the equipment will not operate temporarily.

The main switch is tuned off when the service outlet is used.
Less than 1500W?

Is the total wattage consumption is 7A: 220 to 240V / 12A: 115V or less? Is not the appliance used short-circuited? Test this using a different apparatus.
Shortcircuited?

Shortcircuited?

Breaker function
The main switch also functions as a breaker. If the appliance is short-circuited or the wattage consumption exceeds the rated wattage, the main switch is automatically turned off. Turn on the power after the fault condition is cleared, and the operation resumes.

The followings are not troubles.

Abnormal sound is heard at startup.
This is a phenomenon caused when the inner lubricant oil is cooled. The equipment functions normally. The sound will disappear after a while.

In case of the other troubles, please refrain from using and contact our service centers or your dealer. When the power cord is damaged, be sure to ask the manufacturer (or its distributor), or an equivalent qualified person to replace it.
