REMEDIAL ACTION
HARNESS CHECK:
Check all cables and connectors on the MCU and motor, all connectors must be proper engaged.
Check all connectors on the CCU, especially DLS5, MS2, DL3, DS3 and MI3.
Check as well the connectors around the door lock.
!! Important !! Guarantee no bending of contacts inside the connector housing and a proper seat of all wires mounted in the
housing.

DRUM CHECK:
The drum must be turned easily without any noise from the bearing or from a foreign object sticking somewhere around the
drum.

MCU CHECK:
Disassemble the MCU and check for visual damages e.g. burn mark

CCU CHECK:
Inspect the function of relay K6.
How to verify the function of the relay ?
Disconnect the CCU from power. Move off the plugs MS2, DLS5 HE2 and IF2 in order to avoid measuring influence.Use
a continuity tester and check between contact 1 of IF2 and all contacts of the DLS5 interface. If more than one continiuos

path is found, the relay is defect.

Having in the washing machine a CCU with either factory 12NC: 4619 702 19681 or 4619 702 19682 the CCU must be
replaced by 4801 111 00437 (4619 702 19683)

F11 in appliances produced between December 2007 and June 2008 the CCU and the MCU must be replaced as well.

SUBJECT: Water drops could obstruct pressure-switch hose and leading to negative pressure values during the calibration
phase. The water drops can flow into the air hose during transport vibration and/or handling during installation.

REMEDIAL ACTION
The design of the air chamber has been changed in order to avoid the failure indication F35. The modifed air chamber is
available under the current existing 12NC for this part (4812 418 68292)
