Background of Company Massive Dynamics, one of the most modern and efficient multi-purpose electronic company in South East Asia is located strategically along busy sea lanes between the Faar East and Europe Trade on latitude 03 degree 16 N, longitude 113 degree 04 E on the north-east coast of Sarawak, Malaysia. Massive Dynamics has a total land are of 120 hectares. Massive Dynamics was founded on 1978 in Malaysia. The company started with approximately RM 1.2 million. After mid-80s Massive Dynamics launched its branches in Malaysia. 6 years later Massive Dynamics opened the international branch. In November 2005, Massive Dynamics employed more than 163,000 people. The companys annual revenue in 2009 was almost $6.8 billion, with almost $ 2.3 billion in profit. Tel: 60-56-321001 (30 Lines) Fax: 60-56-322002 Website: http://www.massivedynamics.com.my

.0 Introduction Overvoltage and undervoltage monitor schematic circuit is a device that functions to detect the overvoltage and undervoltage from any DC source. This overvoltage and undervoltage monitor schematic circuit is a simple circuit which will light up the LED when the voltage is over or lacking . An
alarm, visual for which the space is identified on the main alarm panel will be activated when the voltage source is connected to the terminal.

.0 Problems Statement This circuit is specially design for detecting the undervoltage and overvoltage of any DC supply connected to it. This can be applied most suitable in order to make sure the correct amount of DC source is needed. It prevents the damage of components from overvoltage and making sure the components are not supplied with undervoltage source.

.0 Objectives 1. To build an overvoltage and undervoltage monitor using analog circuit. 2. To design and construct an overvoltage and undervoltage monitor using at least transistors and diodes. 3. To gain practical understanding on transistor and diode operation. 4. To use software tools in the overvoltage and undervoltage monitors design, simulation, and documentation.

.0 Scope of Project 1. Profit maximisation try to make the most profit possible most like to be the aim of the owners and shareholders. 2. To maintain Lower costs relative to key competitors. 3. To achieve the recognition as a leader in technology and/or product innovation. 4. To obtain higher levels of customer satisfaction than rivals. 5. To produce a broader or more attractive product line than rivals. 6. To focus on how a company manages frontline organizational units with a business (sales districts, distribution centers) and how to perform strategically significant operating tasks (materials purchasing, inventory control, maintenance, shipping, advertising campaigns) (Thompson Strickland, p.51)

.0 Expected Results This circuit is very simple an required few components . The monitored voltage for this undervoltage and overvoltage monitor circuit is maked using two Zenner diodes . If the value of the monitored voltage goes below or above the value of the zenner diodes the LED will light . The transistors used in this voltage monitor ( undervoltage and over voltage ) circuit is MPS3704,MPS3705 , 2N3704 , 2N3705 type or equivalents . Monitored voltage must be connected on the circuit between the + an - contacts
