I am proficient in Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Autodesk Maya and I have a working knowledge of ToonBoom, Celaction 2D and Autodesk Composite. I am adaptable and able to use different visual styles depending on the needs of the project. Working on group assignments at university has taught me teamwork, communication with others, leadership and time management. I worked as director and animation director on two student films, whilst also working as animator on three other projects. I have a keen interest in stop motion, and I won a cash prize for a university competition called 'Animate +' with a short paper cut-out animation, titled Paper Love. In 2007 I spend two weeks working in a small team with Triffic Films to develop and animate a short introduction to the Oxford Documentaries Film Festival, hosted in Milton Keynes. I was the winner of a competition hosted by Electronic Arts to design an attack move for videogame Dead Space 2. The prize was to have the design integrated into the game, as well as a character based upon my likeness. I attended the 2012 Annecy International Animated Film Festival, where I improved my networking skills and gained a broader knowledge of the animation industry as a whole. Employment Experience: I have been commissioned several pieces of artwork, such as t-shirt designs and album covers. Newton Transport (2008 to 2009) In this job I helped with admin and sorting paperwork. Liaising with customers helped my people skills. Tesco (2007 to 2009) I worked as customer assistant in a large Tesco store, which was helpful in teaching working with others and keeping a high team spirit.

University College Falmouth First Class Degree A Levels (2007-2009) Cedars Upper School and Sixth Form Art & Design - A* Graphic Design - A Interests: I enjoy animating and drawing in my spare time, making short nonsensical clips to continually improve my animation skills or filling sketchbooks with doodles and drawings. I also have a strong interest in science, and I feel this heavily influences my art. I have a personal project in which I design the life and geography of various moons and planets. I also try to visit comedy nights and shows whenever I can.
