Participants will be able to: 1) Articulate the key student data that Citizen Schools captures and tracks and how that can be useful to first shift staff. 2) Describe how the Citizen Schools ELT model can flex to react to student achievement data captured and tracked during the first shift. 3) Implement strategies to support the sharing of data between the first and second shifts and leveraging that data to impact student achievement.
