Participants understand the data for how and why STEM apprenticeships connect to student performance, selfefficacy, and long-term belief School leaders and CDs leave with ideas about how STEM apprenticeships can be a secret weapon to engage students (opportunity gap) and drive academic success in their schools Identify specific ways school leaders can leverage Citizen Schools STEM networks to drive school goals and offer input for improving super-STEM strategy
