MELANGE, lund n considerare principalele sale caracteristici (arm, intenie de cumprare, prim alegere, %) este cea mai performant baterie n trei din patru teste teste de concept efectuate att n Italia ct i n Germania, i teste pe produs n Germania Totui, performanele bateriei MELANGE n testele de produs din Italia au fost slabe a primit un scor sczut la arm, a ieit a 3-a sau a 4-a din punct de vedere al numrului de persoane care ar alege-o ca prim opiune i numai 32% dintre consumatori s-ar gndi s o cumpere (fa de 52% la testul pe produs din Germania) Evaluarea bateriei MELANGE de personalul de showroom este asemntoare (i pozitiv) n ceea ce privete att testele de concept ct i cele pe produs, cu peste jumtate din persoane la fiecare test considernd c MELANGE ar face cu ochiul cumprtorilor de lux

Consumatorii din ambele ri care au preferat MELANGE erau mai tineri, aveau venituri mai mari i erau din segmentele de consumatori care cheltuiau mai mult i stabileau trendul pe care Ideal Standard i dorete ca target (Iubitorii de performan i Cei care se bucur de cminul lor)
