What is Brand Loyalty

Brand loyalty is more than simple repurchasing however. Customers may repurchase a brand due to situational

constraints, a lack of viable alternatives, or out of convenience.

Our sample was middle class people, whose income

level is 5000 to 25000 taka on a month.


We collected our data from Mohammadpur in Dhaka.

Our sample size was 20.


We collected our data from primary sources. We also collected some data from secondary sources.
