Vodafone has developed social assessment criteria to look at new products and services beyond net present value. Checklist used to assess the new product propositions include a specific section on CR and direct Vodafone staff to consider certain CR factors and applied a score.

INVESTORS RELATIONS
Arrange meetings with the institutional investors to discuss the vital CR issues. Vodafone meets the individual investors that request a meeting to discuss specific issues.

RECRUITMENT AND ORIENTATION


Vodafone integrates CR factors into human resources. At the global level CR is integrated into induction training for all new employees. Runs the CR workshops for employees. Vodafone internal website is also used for collecting information from employees on CR initiatives.

Vodafone delivers a variety of global training through the use of e-tools, including an e-modules of CR. Vodafone includes CR in training for its managers.
