Welcome to the new DNA Mystery home page! In the following pages, you will be asked to solve a mystery that has been written to include all the elements of a short story and a final solution based on DNA fingerprinting. As a reader, you are asked to help our detective solve the latest crime at Daniel McNeills castle on the Isle of Barra off the western coast of Scotland.
The story is set up as an interactive experience, which includes dead ends as the reader attempts to follow the trail of the criminal. By clicking on different possible clues, the reader will move through the story and eventually solve the mystery of the theft of the famous Van Gogh painting and murder at the McNeill castle. Enjoy your experience and please rate your overall experience at the end of the document.
