The government is looking at listing Balco and ending its dispute with Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta Resources.

Vedanta Resources - listed in London, will merge all of its Indian holdings, particularly Sterlite Industries and Sesa Goa, into a single entity.

Sesa-Sterlite will have net profit - $2.5 billion.
