Issues and Problems???
• Care hospitals doesn’t have a centralized database
• Difficult to retrieve data if card loss
• No service or request enable links in the website
• Duplication of forms
• Lack of technical expertise of staff to properly analyze
the data collected
• Inadequate training of health worker on how to fill out the
form
• High degree of inaccuracies in data collected
• Lack of utilization of data collected

• Integration of all databases of group hospitals
• Use of Centralized Server
• Use of Biometric Devices
• Upgrading the Website
• Creating more loyal customers
• Availability of personnel with the proper background/level
of technical expertise to run a computerized system; in
particular the software skills of the staff at the lowest
level where computers can be provided should be looked
into

 Identification of bugs
 Ability of software to generate the
