1. Conducted job oriented skill training for Reliance

Communications, youths who have completed
Diploma/Degree underwent the training and 6 of them are
place.
2. Trainees of job oriented courses such as screen printing,
Food preservation etc. have started their unities was
individual and also as groups. We've supported them
technically until they finds it comfortable.
3. We've trained 18 rural girls in computers, typewriting &
English who are just 10th/12th pass and made them to do
work for data entry work outsourced from USA through my
friends.
4. The trainees of vocational training program are recruited in
BPO company.
Need Study
 Vadalur is an Educational Hub for nearby 80 villages. The
youth in this
area would be studying through our community college
system.
 Neyveli Lignite Corporation which is very near is another
opportunity
where the 'Diploma in Mining' course is very much in demand.

Organisation vision in community development
SARANALAYAM dreams a just order human friendly society where
human life is valued and every human being is facilitated to
perform his/her fundamental responsibilities to bring about a
just order society.
Would like to serve the community especially to the disadvantaged,

rural youth by bringing them to main stream through proposed
'MAHATMA GANDHI RURAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE'.

3. We can do Localization of audio, video & web content of EMPC

English to Tamil.
