THIS COULDNT BE FOUND IN TRADES AND BUSINESS. HE REPRESENTS TO THE CLIENT THAT HE HAS AND WILL EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL WITHOUT NEGLIGENCE. ITS HIS BOUND DUTY TO BE LOYAL TO HIS CLIENT AND MAKE FULL DISCLOSURE OF ALL MATTERS RELEVANT TO THE WORK WHICH THE OWNER SHOULD KNOW WHICH ISNT VALID IN TRADE AND BUSINESS. AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE CAREER,THE ARCHITECT HAS GOT THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:TO INHERIT A PRACTICE TO WORK IN A FIRM AND SLOWLY GET PROMOTED TO HIGHER POSITION IN THAT FIRM. TO WIN A COMPETETION AND START HIS OWN PRACTICE. INDIVISUAL JOINING TOGETHER AND STARTING A PRACTICE AS PARTNERS
