NSN Project Team will send sms, email to EFlag Team about Hicap Implementation Plan including sites list and date of plan.

If NSN revise any ROC, EFlag Team need to revise soon.

EFlag Team preparing DT for Drive Test before Hicap Implementation. After Hicap Implementation, NSN Project Team will send sms about date and time of implemented sites.

EFlag Team need to collect KPI hourly, check alarm, parameter audit (consistencies check) and send report to NSN.

EFlag Team also need to send rigger to site audit and make sure the hardware installer meets all the RNP requirement like antenna type, antenna height, azimuth and tilting, else we have to escalate to NSN with actual data in field. EFlag Team preparing DT for Drive Test after Hicap Implementation.

EFlag Team need to monitor and optimize the site until KPI meets the target and keep communicating with NSN for any information update and problem occurrence.
After KPI meets the target, EFlag Team can generate the final report to compare 5 days before and 5 days after Hicap Implementation including DT result statistic before and after to NSN and then Tsel.
