Enables you to browse through all the
planned maintenance set up within the
chosen department and to select a PM
JobCard or range of PM Jobcards.

Here you can enter a number from 1 to
4 to record your assessment of the
maintenance routine quality.

The PM Job Completion Screen

The defect system
allows you to record
defects, attach them
to a PM job card and
manage them either
onboard, by defect
list controllers or
ashore by the
superintendent.

Completed defects can be archived and
reports detailing them printed out.
Surveys
You have the choice
between issuing due
survey lists, entering
completions or
printing reports.

Select the PM JobCard from the browse screen and
then click on s to bring up the survey completion
window.

Each job card contains the planned maintenance for
either a whole piece of equipment or for a part of a
piece of equipment.

Edit PM Job Routine allows you to change the job
description, title and PM schedule.

This screen allows you to edit the short title,enter
details about the machinery and link the job card to a
particular record in the marine storekeeper if one is
attached.
Calibrations
There are a number
of standard
calibration forms set
up on the system
which you can use
to record calibration
readings.

Meters
Meters can be updated with the latest running hours.
Every time the meters are updated, the next due
dates for hourly base routines are recalculated.

The daily rate field is the estimated average daily
increment of the meter and is used to predict next
due dates.
Ship Info
The ship information system is a database holding
general and particular information about the vessel.
