Battery parameter setting Requirement
-Basic monitor parameter setting for TP (Check and set on LCD after alarm configuration file upload)
Set the Bat number and capacity to:
1*150Ah for 1 string of 150Ah,
1*300Ah for 2 strings of 150Ah,
1*450Ah for 3 strings of 150Ah,
1*600Ah for 4 strings of 150Ah

If there is no spare AC breaker for new TP power on to do pre-commissioning,
we can power on equipments using TP batteries.

Please follow the rules as below when power on new equipments for pre-
commissioning by the battery.
1. Install all new battery groups and make sure the battery cable connection is right.
2. Measure the battery string voltage and make sure it's about 50V~53V.
3. The pre-commissioning time should be less than one hour.
4. The LLVD (Load Low Voltage Disconnect) voltage is 44V and low voltage alarm is 47V.
Please pay attention to the battery voltage reduction on LCD screen when you do
pre-commissioning.
5. Turn back the battery manual switch from BAT ON to
NORMAL status after you finish the pre-commissioning
and the battery manual on alarm will disappear.

Set the Fan Control Mode to Manual state and check which fan is not running when the
door is open. At Manual state, the fans are running to default value of 50% speed ratio
even the door is open.
But after you finish the fan running test, please change the Fan Control Mode back to Auto.
Settings->TCU Summary->Fan Ctrl Mode to Manual
Check if something sticks in the fan or the fan power cable connector is loosen or not
connected. If the fan is really broken, we have to replace it with a new one.
TP Cabinet AC SPD failure handle
If the AC SPD module window turns from green to red, it should be broken and can be
replaced by spare one following the operation as below.

Reusing of swapped PSS and Batteries
The client is going to reuse the Guardian 10KW and Guardian 25KW power systems
Most of the batteries also will be reused

To avoid problems during re-installation of PSS equipment
and batteries it is very important to keep whole installation
set during de-installation. PS Cable terminals and battery
front terminal adapters, straps, nuts, bolts, washers must
be collected from the site and transferred to the
warehouse together with the equipment.
