The object data created through the Diagrams application is stored in the
Schematic Database. This data is possible to re-use for 3D modelling through
the use of Schematic 3D Integrator

COMPARE / UPDATE PROCEDURE IN THE SCHEMATIC
MODEL MANAGER
Compare/Update integrates the databases between Dabacon Design,
Schematic and Engineering databases into these Dabacon databases. When
integrating between two Dabacon databases, it adds the capability to link
objects using the linking capabilities shared with Schematic 3D Integrator.

The results of the compare process will be displayed in the grid view. The
Elements Tab lists the elements matched against the selected source, along
with the number of compared elements that have differences.
The Attribute Details tab lists the individual attribute differences for selected
or all elements in the Elements tab.

LINKING PROCEDURE
Compare/Update can link matched elements when both the source and
target are Dabacon databases. The mechanism used is shared with Schematic
3D Integrator so that any links are consistent. The link information is stored
on a CYMLNK object not normally visible to the user. This has references to
the linked objects. The deslnk, schlnk and englnk pseudo attributes can be
used as direct references between linked items to populate data on reports
and other deliverables.

SCHEMATIC MODEL-3D-INTEGRATOR UNDER AVEVA
PLANT
The Integrator provides schematic and 3D model data in an integrated environment. Integrator
User Interface shows some of the main elements of the user interface, including a diagram view, a
3D graphical view, and a table control listing some schematic data.
When schematic or 3D model objects are selected in the table or the diagram viewer, Integrator can
perform the following key functions :
Compare 3D Design against Schematic
Build 3D Model Data from Schematic Data
Link 3D and Schematic Objects

RUNNING INTEGRATOR REPORT
The Integrator Report creates report list of each status of the items in the 3D
model compared to the Diagram databases. This Report can be stored as an
excel file or an .xml file which can be used as a reference for the engineers.

COMPARE COLOUR CODE
The Integrator Report represent the
comparison report with colour
code. Each Colour represent
specific level of severity in the
report. This colours functions also
as highlight colour in the Diagram
Viewer.

Diagram.

The Integrator Report is for
updating and modifying the 3D
model by selecting specific
problems in the detail report of
the list and select the option to
resolve the problems directly.
