subsidiary of the Holistic Group, head quartered in


Gurgaon commenced operations in 1995.

 It is in the business of providing Security Services


(Physical & Electronic), Traffic Management, Car
parking Solutions, HR solutions and Facility
Management Services.

 The turnover of the Group for the year from April 2007
to March 2008 was INR 30 Cr.

 The group has over 1000 employees spread over 5


states in India.

 Col PS Nijjar- An HR Professional with defense background, Premjeet drives
the HR business of the Group. An alumnus of DSSC, Wellington, he
commanded an elite artillery regiment of the Indian Army. He worked in HCL
Infosystems in senior management in HR where he introduced a revolutionary
recruitment model which paid rich dividends. His charismatic leadership has
resulted in meteoric growth in HR related business.

 Lt Col JS Rangi - A former US trained NSG Commando officer, MBA & LLB, is a
seasoned security professional & strategist with 21 years of diverse &
dedicated experience in handling complex management issues during his
service with elite National Security Guards (NSG, Black Cat Commandos),
Indian Army & two Multi National Companies. He has extensive experience in
Security, asset protection, investigations, crisis management, executive
protection, business continuity, and guard force management.

 Capt Ashok Kadian-An engineer entrepreneur with sharp business acumen,


Ashok is an expert in Bomb Disposal & Electronic Security devices. After a
short stint with Indian Army, Ashok ventured into logistics domain. His clarity
of vision & astute leadership resulted in exponential growth , geographical
spread & diversification of the group into numerous business verticals.

area of around 2 Kms consisting of over 30 million square feet of
office space in Cyber City.

 Prestigious MNC’s including IBM, Market Rx, DuPont, Microsoft,


Nokia, RBS, Ericsson and Standard charted etc have their offices
in Cyber city.

 More than one lakh vehicles passes daily through Cyber Greens.

 The HTMS ensures smooth running of this large magnitude of


traffic.
 ITPO ( Ministry of Commerce) has tied up with
HTMS for managing traffic in sensitive and exalted
Pragiti Maidan.

 Major National & International exhibitions are held


in coveted Pragiti Maidan on regular basis.

 On an average 10 to 20 thousand vehicles of


exhibitors/ visitors daily come to Pragiti Maidan.

 Besides controlling traffic, HTMS also manages car


parking of these vehicles & fire fighting.


 South Eastern Coal Limited, a subsidiary of Coal
Ministry, has strategic tie up with HTMS for
managing heavy vehicles traffic in it’s coal mining
area.

 On an average 1000 assorted vehicles including


dozers, JCB, Cranes, loaders & heavy trucks operate
regularly in mines.

 Coal Mining area is prone to accidents & in last two


years HTMS ensured accident free traffic flow in
most hazardous & adverse conditions.
 Holistic HR & Security Services has achieved
exponential growth in North India specially in
NCR in last one year.
