the Right Knuckle Cap.
- Push outwards.

Disassembly Hinge & Flip/Front Housing
- While the Hinge is still being
depressed, separate the Front
Housing from the Hinge.

- Open up the Flip.
- Using the plastic tool, push the
Hinge inwards.

Disassembly Flip/Front Housing & Screw Bumper
- Remove the Screw Bumper (4pcs)
on the Rear Flip Housing using a
tweezer.

- Carefully separate the Front Housing
from the Flip Assy by pushing the
Flex Cable outwards.
- Ensure that the Flex Cable is not
damaged.

- Insert the disassembly tool into the
slot area.
- Move along the Flip Housing to
release the catches.

- Using the T5 screw driver, unscrew
the 4 Flip screws.

- Using the disassembly tool,
move along the CLI Lens to
lift it up from the bracket.

- Using the disassembly tool, carefully
disconnect the Camera Flex.

- Using the disassembly tool,
carefully disconnect the Hinge Flex
from the Flip PCB.

- With the disassembly tool, lift up
the LCD Bracket to release it from
the side hooks.

- Lift the bracket away from the Flip
PCB.
- Careful not to cause damage to the
Flex Connectors.

sliding it away from the Flip Housing

PCB from the Flip Rear Hosuing.

Flex Connector for the Main LCD
from the Flip PCB.

- With a light push, separate the Main
LCD from the bracket.

the CLI Flex Circuit.
