 The project is a residence in 6 October City called El-Fardous which is

owned by Armed Forces, Consisting of blocks , nursery ,school, club ,

clinic and hospital
The project is a Military Hospital for Armed Forces over a 2000 meter

square
The Main contractor of the project is El-Ro`ya with Budget 48 million LE
The Hospital contains 6 Floors consisting of basement , ground floor ,

three typical floors and roof

The scope is including concrete works , Earth works , the whole finishing

and MEP works.

Apply coordinate points to determine the axes of the project.

II. Excavate to foundation level 5.50 m below ground surface using

Loaders CAT 966G and Trucks with capacity 18 m3
III. Soil replacement with thickness 1.10 m of Clean Sand Layer.

I. Installation of formwork for plain concrete for Raft and Retaining wall
II. Pouring with ready mix concrete from unimix by 2 pumps
III. Dismantling
IV. Formwork for raft and retaining wall
V. Steel fixing for raft and retaining wall
VI. Pouring for raft and retaining wall and columns heads
VII. Dismantling
VIII.Backfilling with clean sand by Trucks with capacity 18 m3 from industry
area , 6 zone , 6 October city

SKELETON
Formworks for Columns , slabs and stairs for each floor
Steel fixing for Columns , slabs and stairs for each floor
Pouring for Columns , slabs and stairs for each floor by ready mix concrete from

unimix from industry area , 6 zone , 6 October city by 2 pumps

Curing for each concrete element
Dismantling for slabs and stairs after 9 days and for columns after 2 days

 Brick works in basement after dismantling for slab and so on in all floors using 2

cranes to lift the bricks to each floor

Start Splashing and Plastering after finishing Brick works for each floor
Water proofing and Special isolation for walls and floors in wet and special area
Putty for walls which will be painted with Plastic or Anti-Bacteria layer
Marble for stairs and Ceramic and Fennel Anti-Static for floors
Ceramic and painting for walls
Installing False Ceiling and Painting for Ceiling

Putting water and sewage pipes in walls and floors
Motor to pump sewage from basement to ground surface level
Accessories for wet areas
Pipes for Fire Fighting system in ceiling
Fire fighting accessories after installing False Ceiling
