Policy

OSHE Policy
The policy statement shall reflect The managements
philosophy on health and safety issues. It shall clearly state
overall safety objectives and a commitment to improve
health and safety performance. It shall be signed by the
senior manager of the organization. The good policy should
involve the participation of their workers.

Workers Participation

The employer have to provide the


measure on workers participation.
The employer have to allocate
budget and time on the participation
process.
The employer have to establish
HSEs committee and support it
operation.

Responsibility and
accountability

The employer should have a


duty to manage OSHE in the
organization and show their
leadership in operating the OSHEs
activities.

Competence and training

The employer should have a knowledge


and competencies to manage OSHE through
the activities such as training which cover all
the contexts needed to improve OSHE in the
workplace.

OSHE System

covers :

assignment on danger or significant risk.
Written policy has been announced and put it in the
public place which workers can access.

Any OSHEs activities report and record have to


keep in the workplace and ready to be inspected.
The employees have the right to know the HSEs
