1. Pre Construction - Design
Establish Clients Project requirements, establish
project phases, scope and functions, project brief,
design brief, etc.
Detailed Project Strategy preparation.

Coordinate Contractors Mobilization of Material on
Site & Shop-floor Drawing Submission by Modular,
HVAC and Electrical Contractors. Coordinate
whetting and approvals by Project Architects.
Prepare and lay down project execution strategy.
Chair weekly progress meetings to be attended by
all project partners.
Monitor contractual obligations, compliance of
design and specifications and project timeline.
Set quality control standards and procedures and
record compliance of same.
Supervise and coordinate activities of different
agencies
Progress monitoring and reporting to client.
Prepare and implement safety norms.
Conduct safety Audit and submit report to client
Quantity measurement and certification of bils for
release of payments to vendors
Prepare and submit change orders and seek clients
approval
