ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEACHER


Maintain Regularity and Punctuality in attending School
Complete Curriculum in accordance with the specified provisions and
time
Assess the learning ability of each child and provide supplementary
instructions accordingly

Maintain Cumulative Record of every child


Hold regular meetings with parents and apprise them of the progress of
the child
Not to engage in private tuitions or take part in any private teaching
activities
Perform other assigned duties from time to time

HOW TO DEAL WITH CHILDREN?


Appreciate children for their good behavior
Focus on the positive side of every child
Do not compare performance of any child with other child
Use motivational rewards for demonstrating values like honesty,
responsibility and caring
Ignore minor lapses
Recognise children need help not punishment
Adopt a mechanism for children to express their grievances
