Goals for

1 - Protect and preserve natural areas… Half of this property will

be protected and preserved, while the other half will be made
available for natural homesteading/farmsteading. When investing in
a homestead/farmstead site, investors will be obtaining a parcel of
their own private land. A portion of their investment will assist
in engaging the remaining 160 acres into a cooperative land trust
for preservation.

2 – Provide an incubator farming environment… Provide assistance

to beginning farmers while they grow their
sustainable/permaculturefarm. Farmable acres will be sustainably
and organically farmed, ensuring safe and healthy food production
that will be marketed locally.
3 – Promote natural building… By including covenants focused on
green building and harvesting natural resources, only
environmentally-sound building practices will be allowed. This farm
lends itself to nine natural homestead sites, all of which are
contained within approximately 161 acres on the south end of the
farm.
