CLIMATIC CONSIDERATIONS
WIND DIRECTION :

Tunnel effect is created between the
blocks of buildings hence proper
ventilation is there.

SERVICES
Each building has its own separate entry.
2 level basement parking as well as surface parking are
provided.
A 20m service lane is provided at the back which also serve the
purpose of surface parking.
The placement of ramps fpr the basement is such that there will
be no hindrance on the entrance of building.
Four numbers of underground tanks are provided.
