We would like to register to Electronic Access to Securities Information
service. We hereby agree to the terms and conditions annexed hereto for
availing the said service. We are aware that Electronic Access to Securities
Information services provides onlylim item facilities and can not be treated as
contingency for CDAS. We also agree to take necessary actions to make
available the Electronic Access to Securities Information services to our client
who are registered to CDSL.

1. Registration Procedure:

a) In order to get registered to Electronic Access to

Securities Information a DP/RTA has to fill in and
submit the form to CDSL.

b) CDSL would activate DP/RTA on verification of the

Form.

C) DPID/RTA ID would be the login ID for DP/RTA.

d) On activation a password would be generated for

the Login ID, the password would be mailed to the
Email ID of the DP/RTA as mentioned in the DP/RTA
registration form. Don’t provide Email ID which is
accessed by any other person then the DP/RTA.

e) On receiving password a DP/RTA can

use
Electronic Access to Securities Information
facility
by accessing the internet site
www.Cdslindia.com.

f) A DP/RTA is required to enter the login

ID and
password.

g) If a DP/RTA is logging into Electronic

Access to

h) DP/RTA is requested to take following measures in order

to make Electronic Access to Securities Information more
secure and safe.
Change the password immediately after first login.
Don’t use common word for password.
Password should be minimum 8 digits.
Keep your password confidential, never share the same
with other.
While entering the password make sure that no one can
see the same.
Before moving to other website logout from EASI.
Change your password on regular intervals.

i) If a DP/RTA forgets password for EASI, it can

request for a
change in the password by following the ‘Forgot
your
Password procedure’. The existing contract
would be valid
after the change of password.
 Electronic Access to securities Information
provides a DP/RTA limited facility as compare to
CDAS & services, which CDSL may decide to provide
from time in its absolute discretion. The availability /
non-availability of a particular service shall be
advised either through email, web page of CDSL or
written communication.
 DP/RTA hereby agrees to take all necessary
action as required in Electronic Access to
Securities information procedure in order to make
available the EASI services to clients of DP/RTA
registered to CDSL.
