FIRST SYNERGY GLOBAL CENTER PHIL CO
We are a brand new call center based in the heart of the Philippines,
Metropolitan Manila and was established last January 2010 with only few
accounts started. First Synergy Global Center Phil Co was originally established
by an American Investor from USA California and continued by the Operations
Director and now creating a big impact in the Business Processing Outsourcing
industry. We are expanding in a very short time simply because of the quality of
services that we provide and excellent customer service that we give both to our
clients and customers. All of our agents are highly motivated to do their job
because of the competitive compensation and the great working environment.
Im one of the agents of First Synergy Global Center Phil Co and been
here since its started. I can say that the atmosphere working here is
excellent and the training and support they give to their agents are
exceptional. I can never compare First Synergy to other centers that I

We only started with 20 English Speaking Agents and now we


have 50 English Speaking Agents who are working hard to give
excellent service for both outbound and inbound accounts and we
can expand our territory up to 100 seats. We are not a big call
center but our hearts are as big as veteran and stabled call center
in the Philippines.
As a member of BPO we are strictly following procedures that
make us competitive when it comes to compensation given to all
employees. We also have enough equipments to support the
hardware and software requirements. We have the best agents
that can speak and communicate well with English Language.

Our product is very simple and straight forward; its a decorator


tool that lets the user draw, design and share with others their
current or future home in a research or trial phase before

Our manufacturing customers have a physical product they want
to sell to home owners. What we do to help achieve that goal is to:
1. develop the product as a 3D model;
2. incorporate that 3D model in a decorator tool on the
manufacturing customers website; and
3. publish the product on a central portal so that the
manufacturers customers can find and evaluate the product
before they buy it.

Customer pipeline:
Our telemarketing campaign comprises three rounds of calls conducted with every
potential customer.
1. Goal of the first Introduction call: Prospect agrees to evaluate a free
sample model of one of their own products
Before call:
1. Identify new prospect in the manufacturing customer pipeline: (Link)
2. Go to prospects website. Identify product such as furniture, flooring or
accessories that could be displayed in the decorator tool on their website.
3. Prepare notes on customer.
Action after call:
o You send the first proposal e-mail
o record the date of the first call

2. Goal of the second follow up (Evaluation) call: Evaluate the 3D


sample model and product offering
Action after call: You send the offering e-mail with a link to the
sample model
Win: Prospect replies with a confirmation mail

7) Customer should be behind or facing hardships.

LOAN MODIFICATION

A Loan Modification is a permanent change in one or more of the terms of a Mortgagor's


loan, allows the loan to be reinstated, and results in a payment the Mortgagor can afford.

Loan modification mortgage is a process whereby a home owners mortgage is modified and
both the lender and homeowner are bound by the new terms of the new mortgage. The most
common loan modifications are listed below:

ONLINE SURVEY

New River Leads is offering a call center campaign based on the acquisition of leads. Instead
of selling a product or service, this program simply identifies a valid current prospect
NEED.

The prospect information including their NEED is posted through the New River web
service. Each lead is then called by a New River agent who validates the information and the
Need and creates a Lead.
Valid leads include:
