LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Obtain DIN for proposed directors of
the new company.
2. Obtain digital Signature certificate for
proposed director of the company.
3.Filling the proposed name of the
company for approval of ROC (Registrar
of companies).
4. Get the MOA and AOA printed.
5. Pay stamp duties online.

6. File all incorporation forms and


documents online, including the MOA
and AOA.
7.Obtain the certificate of
incorporation and CIN number.

Some basic requirements


Ours is a private limited company, so
this is a company limited by shares
in which maximum number of
shareholders can be 200.
No invitation can be made to public.
The minimum paid up capital at the
time of incorporation of a company
has to be Rs 1000,000.

The identity proof and the address proof of the


proposed directors are required.
The PAN cards of the proposed directors are
required (it is necessary for the Indian nationals).
The director should be more than 18 years of age
and can be of any nationality..
The address of a registered office within India is
mandatory.
The landlord of the office premises should
summit a no objection certificate along with his
identity and address proof.

The company can be incorporated


within 2 to 6 weeks.
There should be an annual meeting
within 3 months.
