RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
The author in the present study has adopted the doctrinal research
method basing the study on secondary sources. The broad component
for the research to be undertaken is as follows:
The bare Constitution of India would be referred to gain the
knowledge on basic sources under Constitution.
Report of Law Commission of India would be referred to understand
the Indian approach and lacunae of the current legal framework to
protection of women right.

laws, research papers, newspapers

The sources of abovementioned components may be accessed
predominantly through CNLU library, internet and apart from it
through the personal law library of the author.
