Primavera (P5) Example


Use Primavera to schedule the construction of a pumping
plant. The table below lists the activities required to build one
plant.
Use Primavera (P5) Project Management to do the following:
1.Gantt bar chart
2.Precedence Diagram
3.Resource Usage Spreadsheet of workers, carpenters each
day
4.Resource usage profile (Histogram) of each resources
* Project will start May 12, 2008
5.Project cash flow

Carpenters hourly cost =

Common labor hourly cost = $25

. Add a new project:

To view the new project alone:

Select your
project

put activities:
click on the white space in the layout window and select add
the figure below), or press Insert on your keyboard
