The Form
The organization is in theform of clusters grouped together
considering their degree of formality and participation.
The enclosed areas are grouped around the sunkencourtyards and
sits on varied plinths respecting the site contours and terraces

Thebuilding is organized on regularformal squaremodules. The,
organization follows the gradual slope ofthe site and the functions
are interlocked by joining the different levels
Eachpart ofthe building is distinct, yet flows easily into one another
limb meandering paths. The approachto the artscentrefrom main
road on the North-West Side, being on ahigher levelfromthe site,
hell wholesite to be viewed without any disturbance. It gives a vista
to the lakepanoramicview ofthe city. The long steps lead down to
the internal courtyards fromthe entrance. Themovement through
different activities opens up on terraces and encounters nature. The
movementis based on shifting of the axes through the different
levels within the building.
