INTRODUCTION
Task: In order for me to achieve this
task, I am going to demonstrate how
to access the Tiger Taxis application
on the Iphone and, how to use the
application.

ACTIVATE

The first step that the user must, do is turn on their Iphone by pressing
the power button.

UNLOCK

The second step that the user must do, is slide their Iphone to unlock the

PASSWORD

Optional: The user may have to type their, four digit password into the
device.

HOME SCREEN

The third step that the user must do is locate the application. In this
example, I am going to swipe the screen to go to the next row of
applications.

APPLICATION

The fourth step that the user must do, is double click on the Tiger taxi Application.

CALL

The first step that the user must do in order, to contact the taxi
company is press their number to call the company.

CONFIRMATION

The second step that the user must do is click Call when, the message box
appears.

CONVERSATION

The third step that the user must do, is to have a conversation with
the company.

END

The fourth step that the user must do is press the red button, when the
conversation has ended.

PERSONAL DETAILS

The first step that the user must do is click on the Personal
details

TEXT BOXES

The second step that the user must do is, fill in the text boxes. The phone
number is already provided so, the user must click on the name field text box
on their phone.

NAME

The third step that the user must do, is type in their name using
the keypad.

OPTIONAL

Optional : The user can type their email address by , simply

clicking on the email text box.

OPTIONAL

Optional :The user must type in their email address using the
keypad.

SAVE

The fourth step that the user must do, is click Save to provide
their contact details to the company.

HOMEPAGE

The user would now be directed to the Tiger Taxis Application

MAKE A BOOKING

The first step that the user must do, is click on Make a Booking.

POSTCODE

The second step that the user must do, is click on Postcode as
this is the easiest way to locate someone.

OPTIONAL

Optional : The user can type the house number, if they know it.

POSTCODE

The second step the user must do is, click on the Postcode textbox.

POSTCODE ADDRESS

The third step the user must do, is type their postcode address in
the text box.

SEARCH

The fourth step the user must do is click Search.

SELECT ADDRESS

The fifth step that the user must do is select the correct address.

TIME AND DATE

The sixth step that the user must do, is click on the slider and
choose the time and date when they want to get picked up.

DESTINATION

The seventh step that the user must do, is click on Destination.

POSTCODE

The eighth step that the user must do, is click on Postcode.

OPTIONAL

The user can type in their house number if, they know it.

NEXT

The ninth step that the user must do, is click Next.

POSTCODE

The tenth step that the user must do, is type their destinations
postcode.

SEARCH

The eleventh step that the user must do, is click on Search.

DESTINATION

The twelve step that the user must do, is click on their exact
destination address
from the option list.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The thirteenth step that the user must do, is click on No.of

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

The fourteenth step that the user must do, is click on the further
requirements box.

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS

The fourteenth step that the user must do, is type any further
information they require in this field for instance, disabled access.

CAR REQUIREMENTS

The fifteenth step that the user must do, is click on the car-

VEHICLE AND PASSENGERS

The sixteenth step that the user must do, is select the number
of passengers that they are travelling in the taxi.

CONFIRMATION

The seventeenth step that the user must do, is click Done.

BOOK

The eighteenth step that the user, must do is click Book.

PAYMENT

The last step that the user must do, is click Pay Driver.

LOADING

The user would now be presented, with a loading screen they must
simply wait for the transaction to occur.

REFERENCE

The user would now be presented, with a booking confirmation page.

They must simply, click the Home button.

HOMEPAGE

The user would now be taken to the Tiger Taxis Application

CURRENT BOOKINGS

The first step that the user must do, is click on Current Bookings.

CONFIRMATION

The second step that the user must do, is check that their current
bookings are correct.

MAP

The third step that the user must, do is click the track button to see
the route the driver is going to travel in.

PREVIOUS

The fourth step that the user must do, is click the Back button to go to
the previous page.

PREVIOUS

The last step that the user, must do is click the Back button which
would take them to the applications homepage.
