Drive Test provides huge perspective to the

service provider about whats happening with a
subscriber point of view (Downlink only)

It basically collecting measurement data with an

equipment phone (TEMS, NEMO, Probe) such as:

For 2G, RxLev, RxQual, FER, SQI, C/I, TA, C1, C2, 6
list of the strongest neighbor list
And for 3G, Scrambling Code, UARFCN DL, CPICH
Ec/No and CPICH RSCP, TxPower, UTRA Carrier RSSI
