Healing power of Honey

The findings will amaze you and the research will
delight you but you wont be shocked because
you have known it all along! Truth revealed to
muslims approximatley 1400 years ago!
A powerful Verse from Quran that tells us where
honey comes from, and is of different colors and
is extremely beneficial for human health and can
heal certain illnesses.
"...From with in their (the bees) abdomens comes
a fluid of different colors; wherein is a healing
for mankind,...."
Surah an-Nahl-V 69.

Scientists after having done decades of research have

agreed that Honey is safe and has no allergic or side
effects. Frusctose present in the honey encourages the
blood absorb water without sodium from the intestine, a
desirable effect that may save us from alot of health
problems.
Its reduces the duration of diarrhea in patients infected
by salmonella, shigala and E. coli. This is due to the
antibiotic and anti fungal properties of honey.

Honey is a good substitute for glucose, good for

diarrhea, stomach and intestinal infections, ulcers,
cough, skin, wounds, burns, weakness and iron
deficiency etc

"

And your Lord inspired to the bee, 'Take for yourself among the mountains, houses
(i.e.hives), and amoung the trees and [in] that which they construct. Then eat from all the
fruit and follow the ways of your Lord laid down [for you].' There emerges from there bellies
a drink, varying in colors, in which there is healing for people. Indeed in that is a sign for
people who give thought."
[16:68-69]

Honey is an excellent healing agent and food substance containing

rapidly absorbable sugars, protiens, minerals, vitamins and amino
acids and healing agents. Did you know burns heal much faster
with the topical application of honey???
And deep wounds like abdominal wounds disruptions after
caesarian section also heal faster with the application of honey.
One of these healing components known as " Inhibine", gets
destroyed when heated.
And we know that the Holy Prophet s.a.w. often liked to drink
COLD water sweetened with honey. He s.a.w. is reported to have
repeatedly advised a man suffering from gastro-intetstinal
problems to use honey to cure his ailment.

The RED ROSE NEBULA, we see it now in the years 1999/2000 and
Quran mentionedit almost 1400 years ago.The picture is taken by
the NASA Hubble Space Telescope ofthe "Cat's Eye Nebula." It is an
exploding star 3,000 light years away. They should have called it the
"Oily Red Rose Nebula." Asthe Quran states in Ar-Rahman, "When
the sky is torn apart, so it was (like) a red rose, like ointment."

Miracles of the Prophets

The only method of enabling the people to identify the

prophet is by giving evidence regarding his prophet hood so
that Allahs mercy on mankind becomes complete.

This testimony is beyond the limits of men hence distinguishing

prophets from ordinary men.

Brothers in Islam must believe in the miracles of the

Prophets.

The Prophets were sent to teach us what is good/halal and to

warn us against what is evil/haram.

We see that the miracle of each prophet has been in

accordance with the prevailing conditions of arts and sciences
of his time.

Miracles performed by Hazrat

Isa (A.S):

The restoration of eyesight to the blind

Curing diseases

Bringing dead to life because in that time medical science

was very popular among the people. The learned and
physicians who were held in high esteem were helpless before
his miracles and bowed their heads before him

Miracles performed by Hazrat Musa

(A.S):

On the way to Egypt he saw a light on the Mount Tur, it was no

ordinary light but the light of ALLAH

Allah asked him to put down his stick and it became a snake, on
Allahs order he picked up the snake and it became a stick again
to his surprise

Hazrat Musa (A.S) was ordered to put his hand under his arm and
then take it out, it came out glowing

ALLAH ordered Hazrat Musa(A.S) and his people to leave Egypt

quietly for Palestine. On the way there was a long river they had
to cross to go on the other side. Firaun discovered that they had
escaped and followed them with a big army. Allah ordered Hazrat
Musa(A.S) to strike the water with his stick. He did so and the
water parted making a dry path for the people to walk through.
His followers walked across and reached safely on the other side.
When Firauns army followed the same dry path ,water rushed
back in enormous waves and drowned the whole army.

Miracles by Hazrat Muhammad (P.B.U.H):

Splitting of the chest

When the Prophet (P.B.U.H)was young two men all dressed in
white came and laid him on his back and ripped open his chest
and took out the heart cleansing it with ZamZam water and
put it back inside and sealed his chest again.
The two men who came were angels sent by Allah the Almighty
and they came so that the Prophet could uphold the burden of
the revelations of the Holy Quran and the burden of
Prophethood by his heart being cleansed in ZamZam water.
This was one of the very first miracles of the
Prophetbecause if someone's heart is taken out of his body
then that person does not have much chance of living unless
he has a life support machine which they did not have in those
days.

Miracle of Mairaj(ASCENSION):
Another of the Prophetsmiracle was the event of
Miraj, which is mentioned in Surah Isra. Hazrat
Gabriel came with the Burrak (flying horse) and took
him first towards Masjid Al-Aqsa and then he visited
the seven skies and met the previous prophets.
The Prophetreturned to Makkah where he had left for
his journey of Miraj.
This Journey of a thousand miles which took place in an
instant and faster than the speed of light.

The Ordeal of Sacrifice of Prophet Ismail:

Hazrat Ibrahim and his son proceeded towards Mina with a sharp butcher's knife
that he had in his hand. Many a thought and memories of the past must have
crossed in their minds. Finally they reached a special spot. The Prophet Ibrahim
(peace be upon him) looked at his loving son whereas Prophet Ismail (peace be upon
him) cast a glance at his, father obediently and cheerfully. The father laid his son
prostrate on the ground. He was standing beside him. His heart was beating
violently. He was shaking with emotions when he drew the knife across the neck of
his son. It was a moment of action, an action that was very hard to put into practice.
God highly appreciated them for their obedience and they heard a voice:
"0' Ibrahim! you have indeed shown the truth of the vision. Surely do We
reward the doers of good." (37:105)
When Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) fulfilled the command of the dream, he
was ordered not to sacrifice his own son. A ram was provided in his stead. The
Prophet Ismail (peace be upon him) stood up and the ram was sacrificed. So the
moment of suspense came to an end and both the father and the son expressed a
deep sense of happiness and gratitude. From that time until today, the savage
custom human sacrifice has been absolutely abolished.

Zam Zam is Discovered:

Birth of the Prophet Ismail and Migration to Mecca:
As the Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) had no off-spring from his
first wife Sarah, he entered into matrimonial alliance with another
woman called Hajira (Hagar). He prayed for a son in all sublimity and
his prayer was granted. Some time later Hajira announced happy news
that she was expecting a baby. As time passed she gave birth to Ismail
(Ishmael). They arrived at the spot after a long time. It was hilly area
without any trees and water. They set up their tents and looked around
but nothing was visible except sand. The Prophet Ismail (peace be upon
him) had attained the age of a few months only when the event of
migration took place. He began to cry because of thirst. His mother
began to look for water but it was not available anywhere.

She ran desperately in quest of water between two hillocks called Safa
and Marwa but found no water. She came back to her thirsty infant
and was surprised to see the spring of ZamZam emerged from beneath
the foot of the Prophet Ismail (peace be upon him). She heaved a sigh
of relief. She quenched the thirst of her baby with water.

Miracles of zamzam
This well has never dried up. On the contrary it has always fulfilled the
demand for water. It has always maintained the same salt composition and
taste ever since it came into existence. Its potability has always been
universally recognised as pilgrims from all over the world visit Ka'aba every
year for Hajj and umrah, but have never complained about it. Instead, they
have always enjoyed the water that refreshes them. Water tastes different at
different places.
Zumzum water's appeal has always been universal. This water has never been
chemically treated or chlorinated as is the case with water pumped into the
cities. Biological growth and vegetation usually takes place in most wells. This
makes the water unpalatable owing to the growth of algae causing taste and
odour problems.
But in the case of the Zumzum water well, there wasn't any sign of biological
growth. Centuries ago, Hagar (raa) searched desperately for water in the hills
of Safa and Marwa to give to her newly born son Ismail (pbuh) As she ran from
one place to another in search of water, her child rubbed his feet against the
sand. A pool of water surfaced, and by the grace of God, shaped itself into a
well which came to be called Zumzum water.

Science and Miracles

Moon Splitting in The Quran:
The splitting of the moon is mentioned in the Holy
Qur'an, Surah Al-Qamar (54), Verses 1-3:
The hour drew nigh and the moon was rent in twain.
And if they behold a portent they turn away and say:
Prolonged illusion.
They denied (the Truth) and followed their own
lusts.
Yet everything will come to a decision.

Scientific Proof
What could cause a long indentation on the Moon? First
discovered over 200 years ago with a small telescope, rilles
(rhymes with pills) appear all over the Moon. Three types of
rilles are now recognized: sinuous rilles, which have many
meandering curves, arcuate rilles which form sweeping arcs,
and straight rilles, like Ariadaeus Rille pictured above. Long
rilles such as Ariadaeus Rille extend for hundreds of
kilometers. Sinuous rilles are now thought to be remnants
of ancient lava flows, but the origins of arcuate and linear
rilles are still a topic of research. The above linear rille was
photographed by the Apollo 10 crew in 1969 during their
historic approach to only 14-kilometers above the lunar
surface. Two months later, Apollo 11, incorporating much
knowledge gained from Apollo 10, landed on the Moon and
captured this clip.

Quran and Science in relation to human survival in

the ocean:
The Quran says: Or (the unbelievers' state) is like the
darkness in a deep sea. It is covered by waves, above which are
waves, above which are clouds. Darkness, one above another. If
a man stretches out his hand, he cannot see it...
This verse mentions the darkness found in deep seas and oceans,
where if a man stretches out his hand, he cannot see it. The
darkness in deep seas and oceans is found around a depth of 200
meters and below. At this depth, there is almost no light. Below a
depth of 1,000 meters there is no light at all.
Human beings are not able to dive more than 40meters without
the aid of submarines or special equipment. Human beings cannot
survive unaided in the deep dark part of the oceans, such as
200meters deep.

Another event in relation to the

Quran and Science regarding
waves:
It is clear that the second set of waves are the surface waves
that we see, because the verse mentions that above the second
waves there are clouds. But what about the first waves? Scientists
have recently discovered that there are internal waves which "occur
on density interfaces between layers of different intensities.
The internal waves cover the deep waters of seas and oceans
because the deep waters have a higher density than the waters
above them. Internal waves act like surface waves. They can
also break just like surface waves. Internal waves cannot be
seen by the human eye, but they can be detected by studying
temperature or salinity changes at a given location.

In the Holy Quran, God speaks about the stages of man's embryonic
development, 1,400 years before modern day scientists 'discovered'
important information on creation of man and his development:
We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a
drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the
drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then
We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed-like substance)...
(23:12-14)

How could Muhammad (peace be upon him) have possibly known all this
1,400 years ago when scientists have only recently discovered this using
advanced equipment and powerful microscopes which did not exist at that
time? Hamm and Leeuwenhoek were the first scientists to observe human
sperm cells using an improved microscope in 1677 A.D. (more than 1,000
years after Muhammad, peace be upon him]. They mistakenly thought that
the sperm cell contained a miniature preformed human being that grew
when it was deposited in the female genital tract.
In 1981, during the Seventh Medical Conference in Dammam, Saudi
Arabia, Professor Moore said; "It has been a great pleasure for me to
help clarify statements in the Quran about human development. It is
clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from
God, or Allah, because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered
until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must
have been the messenger of Allah.
