He was the co-chairman of Franklin Covey
His most popular book was The Seven Habits of Highly Effective

People. His other books include First Things First, Principle-Centered

The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Covey's best-known
book, first published in 1989, is a business and self-help book written
by Stephen R. Covey. It has sold more than 25 million copies in 38
languages worldwide since its first publication in 1989. The audio
version became the first non-fiction audio-book in U.S. publishing
history to sell more than one million copies
