John 1:1-3
In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and
the Word was God. 2 He was in
the beginning with God. 3 All
things were made through Him,
and without Him nothing was
made that was made. NKJV
Jesus is God! He is in the Trinity.
He is responsible for creating
and sustaining the universe. He

Col 1:16-17
16 For by Him all things were
created that are in heaven and
that are on earth, visible and
invisible, whether thrones or
dominions or principalities or
powers. All things were created
through Him and for Him. 17 And
He is before all things, and in
Him all things consist. NKJV

John 1:4-5
4 In Him was life, and the life
was the light of men. 5 And the
light shines in the darkness, and
the darkness did not
comprehend (overcome) it. NKJV
This is Gods kind of life (zoe);
eternal life, and not just
biological life (bios). This life is
the light of the world.
We are people of the light, and

Matt 5:14-16
14 "You are the light of the
world. A city that is set on a hill
cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do
they light a lamp and put it
under a basket, but on a
lampstand, and it gives light to
all who are in the house. 16 Let
your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good
works and glorify your Father in
heaven. NKJV

John 1:10-11
10 He was in the world, and the
world was made through Him,
and the world did not know Him.
11 He came to His own, and His
own did not receive Him. NKJV
Imagine the creator of the world
contending with weather,
hunger, pain, people, etc. His
own people rejected Him!
However incredible a gift is,

John 1:12-13
12 But as many as received Him,
to them He gave the right to
become children of God, to those
who believe in His name: 13 who
were born, not of blood, nor of
the will of the flesh, nor of the
will of man, but of God.
NKJV
We have been given the RIGHT
to become Gods children. Those

Rom 8:15-17
15 For you did not receive the
spirit of bondage again to fear,
but you received the Spirit of
adoption by whom we cry out,
"Abba, Father." 16 The Spirit
Himself bears witness with our
spirit that we are children of
God, 17 and if children, then
heirs heirs of God and joint
heirs with Christ, if indeed we
suffer with Him, that we may

John 1:14
14 And the Word became flesh
and dwelt among us, and we
beheld His glory, the glory as of
the only begotten of the Father,
full of grace and truth. NKJV
The word of God must BECOME
FLESH and dwell with the mess
for the glory of God to be
revealed!
Christ is FULL of Grace and

John 1:14
14 And the Word became flesh
and dwelt among us, and we
beheld His glory, the glory as of
the only begotten of the Father,
full of grace and truth. NKJV
Imagine God wrapped in
swaddling cloths!!!
Gods word must BECOME FLESH
and dwell with the mess for
Gods glory to be seen!

2 Cor 3:15-18
15 But even to this day, when
Moses is read, a veil lies on their
heart. 16 Nevertheless when one
turns to the Lord, the veil is
taken away. 17 Now the Lord is
the Spirit; and where the Spirit
of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18
But we all, with unveiled face,
beholding as in a mirror the
glory of the Lord, are being
transformed into the same image

John 1:16-17
16 And of His fullness we have
all received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given through
Moses, but grace and truth came
through Jesus Christ. NKJV
All who believe have received
Christs FULLNESS. This means
we already are and already have
everything we need in our spirit.
Its a matter of releasing it.

O LITTLE TOWN OF
BETHLEHEM
O little town of Bethlehem
How still we see thee lie
Above thy deep and
dreamless sleep

The silent stars go by

Yet in thy dark streets
shineth
The everlasting Light
The hopes and fears of all
the years
Are met in thee tonight

For Christ is born of Mary

And gathered all above
While mortals sleep, the
angels keep
Their watch of wondering
love

O morning stars together

Proclaim the holy birth
And praises sing to God
the King
And Peace to men on earth

How silently, how silently

The wondrous gift is given!
So God imparts to human
hearts
The blessings of His
heaven.

No ear may his His coming,

But in this world of sin,
Where meek souls will
receive him still,
The dear Christ enters in.

O holy Child of Bethlehem

Descend to us, we pray
Cast out our sin and enter
in
Be born to us today
We hear the Christmas
angels
The great glad tidings tell
O come to us, abide with
us
