HATSUN AGRO PRODUCT LIMITED IN
CHENNAI

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
The modern business organizations are dealing

with the rapidly changing environment, which


requires radical changes for the organizations to
adapt those changes for the purpose of having a
survival.
For that the organizations should have an ability of

achieving the excellence with competitive


advantage. In this process the organizations can
use resources such as technology, equipment,
human resources and capital.

How are training needs identified?

What is the attitude of management towards staff

training and development?

What is the relationship between the Training and

Development and the Employees Productivity?

OBJECTIVES & SCOPE OF THE STUDY


The study covers the training and development programme in Hatsun
Agro Product Ltd, among employees in it. The project work helps in
understanding the training satisfaction level of the employee given by the
organization.
Primary Objective:
To study the effectiveness of the training and development programme
at Hatsun Agro Product Ltd.
Secondary Objective:
To identify the problems with the exixting training by the company.
To asses the employees attitude towards training programme of Hatsun

Agro Product Ltd.

COMPANY PROFILE & PRODUCTS

Hatsun Agro Product Limited is based in South India and


was incorporated in 1970. Dairy ingredients exported to
38 countries in the American, Middle East and South
East Asian Markets.
Arun Ice-cream and Arokya Milk, India's largest private
sector milk brand, immensely popular across millions of
households are also produced and marketed by
Company.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS
From the survey it is clear that the Hatsun Agro Product

Ltd demonstrate the value of employees.


The organization motivates the employees by giving different

types of training and it also has a good impact in their work.


Welfare measures are provided in the organization to satisfy

the employees.
There is a positive correlation between the recognition and

rewarding of employees and guidance to self development.

SUGGESTIONS & CONCLUSION


The management should take necessary provisions

to increase the frequency of the training


programmes.
Skill based training should be provided.
Ensure that a comprehensive and systematic

approach to training exists and development


activities are done at all levels on a continuous and
ongoing basis.

Most of the employees are willing to participate in

job related training programmes organized by the


concerned department.
More emphasis should be given to provide feedback

and follow up action to employee and identify their


training needs.
After this exhaustive study I learnt that the training

and development programme forms the backbone of


the employees in the organization.
