Inventor
Antoine Henri
Becquerel
In the end of 1890,
Bacquerel discovered
radioactivity inadvertently.
He covered the uranium salt
by using thick black paper
and put it on the
photographic plate. And
then he put it into the
drawer without exposed it to
sunlight first. A few days
later he found that the
photographic plate became
dark. He speculated that the
radiation is stronger than
the X ray.
Pierre-Marie
Curie
Marie-Pierre Currie interested
to research that mysterious
radiation and using
electrometer. Marie research
that mineral or nature stone
could show the more active
radiation. In last June 1898
Marie and Pierre Currie
success decided that
substance is new metal which
not found. They give the
substances name Polonium
and Radium.
Inventor
Paul Ulrich
Villard
Gamma ray is
discovered by French
chemist and physicist,
Paul Ulrich Villard in
1900 while studying the
radiation emanating
fromRadium, Polonium
and Uranium. He finds
that gamma-ray can not
be deflected by
magnetic fields.

CT Scan is a
procedure used to
get a picture of a
variety of a small
angle of the skull
and brain .

For
therapeutic
treatment of tumors
