E1 Pages On JDE 9.2

KPIT is featured as an Oracle early adopter for Active

Content pages using JET(Java Extension toolkit)
& providing
feedback to oracle.
Active Content Enterprise One pages are classic Enterprise One pages that include enhanced functionality
provided by the Oracle JET (JavaScript Extension Toolkit) library.
Active Content pages are a collection of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files that can contain any of the
following elements
Specific information from frequently used applications along with links to the programs
Charts and graphs that display the results of frequently used queries
One View Watch list results
Interactive process flows
URL links
Displays from and links to web pages

KPIT is also selected as an Oracle early adopter to test & modify JDE E1 search as per customer
requirements On JDE 9.2.This is currently work in progress

UDO Content on 9.1

KPIT has developed lot of UDOs on 9.1 for our customers.

We started with defining the strategy along with our customers.

Once strategy is finalized, we built out Caf One, Watch lists, One View
reports & dash boards for our customers.

Finally, an exhaustive hands on training provided to the customer citizen

developers along with exhaustive documentation.

No two customer requirements are same .We can work with customer
teams to assist in strategy,planning,building & testing of different UDOs

UDOs are an integral part of any upgrade or implementation project that add
the crucial empowerment of user community & greatly enhance user experience
& feel.

Caf One

This gives the ability to personalize user interface.

These can be other JDE screens, web links,
OBIEE reports etc.

Caf One is a very good user productivity

improvement tool. Users need not log off JDE
& can work in multiple applications at one go.
Using caf one users can reference industry standards, reference charts, standard operating
procedure etc.

When multiple windows are defined in a layout,

they are tiled in a minimized fashion as shown

One View Reporting

OVR are the latest tool provided by JDE to enhance the BI requirement of organizations

They are made specifically for citizen developers. They need zero coding ability.

Enables end users to create and run their personalized reports directly from JD Edwards Enterprise One
interactive applications.

Users get a high degree of personalization regarding data selection, sequencing, data columns
included, and data visualization(charts, tables, graphs)with this type of report.

These end-user reports improve user productivity by providing users with better visibility
Into operational data as part of their standard day-to-day business process

With One View Reporting, users can select the data fields and perform specific data selection from
Within JD Edwards Enterprise One applications and leverage the layout capabilities within BI Publisher to
Define the report output formatting.
