Phase 1A ( 1st Nov 2004)
Excise component will be treated as manual condition
type in PO line item with accrual entry for Cenvat credit.

Phase 1B ( 1st January 2005)

Detailed Configuration and Testing will be done based
on Business Inputs
All open PO and partial Goods receipt will be short
closed and new line item will be created for balance
quantity which post excise through taxcode.
