Project Synopsis
Our CEO assigned a project to construct a 5 can
luxurious farm house in Chak Shezad Islamaba
having budget (25 million).
Project Goal:
The main goal of this project is to provide the
accomplished residency to our client in the cit

Technical specifications:
Project include the construction of total (sq ft
28586) covered area single story having 8 roo
and a servant quarter(1361 sq.ft).
It also include a gym, swimming
pool(12*20*5) in the middle of lawn. Lawn
situated in the front side of plot having area
(5445 sq.ft)
Boundary wall having 10ft high special
steel fencing will be installed and four
security cameras on all four corner of the
wall will be installed.
HVAC system will be installed for heating
and cooling of the building.
Current status of project:
Prototype model is competed.
Drawings are in progress.
Market potential:
In this busy world people want live natural and healthy
life from a slightly outside from the city. So there is a big
potential of construction of farm house in cities.
