APPLICATION PROJECT CONCEPT PAPER

INTRODUCTION
My understanding of DepEds VMG is that it declares that
children and young people have a right to be motivated
to appraise moral values with a right conscience, to
embrace them with a personal adherence, together with a
deeper knowledge and love of God.
The role of our school is to develop the students in
accordance with the DepEds VMG. To instill in them the
values of patriotism and to develop them into a holistic
individual capable of self-learning and adaptive to
changes.

BENEFITS OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM
Problem No. 1
By entering into an agreement with local business entities, 66 TVL senior high
school students will benefit from it. Because part of the senior high school
curriculum dictates that they should undergo community immersion program
before they can finish senior high school. The program aims to equip the
students with first-hand information on the real industry or business setup
which they will be working after graduation. It also prepares them both
physically and mentally by letting the students experience the difficulties and
benefits of the job itself.
By allowing the students to undergo the process of community immersion they
learn the value of being a productive member of our community which adheres
to Deped VMG which is realizing their full potential and contribute meaningfully
in building the nation.
Problem No. 2
6 TVL teachers should have equipped themselves with the proper
methodology on how they can best prepare their students in actual
work. They should have gain a better understanding of the field of
work they are specializing for them to fully transfer their technical-
know-how to the students under tutelage. It goes without saying
that they should walk what they talk for the students to truly
believe in what their teaching.
With the teachers constantly improving themselves they truly
internalizes the DepEd VMG to continuously improve itself to better
serve its stakeholders.
Problem No. 3
18 HE-Cookery and 19 Small Engine/Motorcycle Servicing students will
benefit if the school can establish a tie-up with TESDA or TESDA
accredited training center, since one of the end goal of the curriculum is
for the TVL students to attain an NC II certification which will be the
gateway for most if not all the students wanting to pursue their chosen
career after senior high school. It will be very helpful to the students
because with this certificate they can be absorb in the workforce of
companies or industries here and abroad needing their specialize skills
and later on be a productive member of the society.
Thus, adhering to Deped VMG which is realizing their full potential and
contribute meaningfully in building the nation.
