DIRECTORS FOR INDIAN NATIONALS

The following documents are required for Indian Nationals

PAN CARD

For company registration Pan card is required for proposed


directors of the company. Permanent Account Number or
PAN is a unique identification number given by the Income
TAX of department of India. During the company registration
process, it is mandatory for directors who are Indian
Nationals to submit PAN.
ADDRESS PROOF

The proposed director must submit their address proof with PAN card copy. The director
name must be mentioned in the PAN Card that has the address proof. It must be the
current address of the proposed director. The documents are not older that two months.
The following documents are valid as a address proof for Indian Nationals :

Aadhaar card
Telephone bill
Electricity bill
Ration card
Driving license
Passport
Voter Identity card or Election card
RESIDENTIAL PROOF

A residential proof must be submitted during the company incorporation to prove


the present address of the director. As mentioned in address proof, the residential
proof must also include the director name as specified in the PAN card and must not
be older than two months.

DIRECTOR FOREIGN NATIONALS

Passport
Passport is required for foreign nationals as a proof of their identity. The
passport must be Apostilled or Notarized in the country. The documents
are in foreign language, it must be changed by an official translator to
English and apostilled or notarized. If the passport does not contain date
of birth of the holder. Then you must submit an additional document that
contains the date of birth of the director. It must be duly attested or
certified or apostilled or notarized.
ADDRESS PROOF

The proposed director must submit an address proof which is also


apostilled or notarized. The director names must contains in the
address proof with their name mentioned in the passport. It is the
present address of the director. The documents must not older than
one year for foreign nationals.

RESIDENTIAL PROOF

The resident proof and address proof for identifying


the directors. The proof must be provided to confirm
the registered office of the company. During the
company registration procedures, the following
documents must be submitted as proof of registered
office or with in 30 days of incorporation of the
company.
