Getting to know more personnel in the company as well as the IBS vision and
mission
Getting Acquainted
Mission statement focuses on measuring outcomes in terms of quality of life
Services provided to children and adults with autism and other disorders
Support services for parents, loved ones, and caregivers
Aim is to enhance lives by making the clients more fulfilled, productive, and
happier.
IBS framework is based on home services and therapies based on real life
situations and placcements

Worked with him in the terms that he wanted first and gradually increased
treatment
Gained a much more positive work environment between Michael, other staff
members, and fellow patients
Same methods of treatment were than applied to other patients labeled difficult
or dangerous
