-Having a leadership position can be misleading--its just a title

-Positional leadership often leads to devaluing followers

-Political: focus on control over contribution

-Rights over responsibility

-Its lonely at the top

-Likely to receive peoples least, not their best: clock waters, just enough
emloyees, the mentally abasent (15% of USA).
