- Khi nim mc tiu c hiu l mt pht biu thnh vn v
hng ch m t chc nhm t ti; l tuyn b v nh ca t
chc mun t c cc thnh tu no trong mt tng lai hn
nh.
- Mc tiu l nhng trng thi, ct mc m nh trng mun t
c trong mt khong thi gian xc nh.
- Theo tnh cht ca mc tiu, c th phn loi:
+ Mc tiu chin lc (strategic objectives): l mc tiu rng, c
tnh tng qut chung cho ton b t chc. Mc tiu tng qut
cng c xem l mc tiu chnh thc ca t chc.
+ Mc tiu chin thut (tactical objectives): thng do cp qun
l trung gian t ra i vi mt b phn hoc mt n v ca t
chc. Mc tiu chin thut thng c xc nh c th hn so
vi mc tiu chin lc.
+ Mc tiu tc nghip (operating objectives): Mc tiu ny hng
vo cc kt qu hot ng ca mi thnh vin.

- Mc tiu chung: Cc cu hi cn tr li khi xc nh mc tiu
chung:
+ Cc mc tiu ny c ph hp vi cc quy nh v lut php,
cc tuyn b v tm nhn, s mnh v gi tr ca t chc hay
khng?
+ Cc mc tiu ny c phn nh cc vn chin lc v cc u
tin ca nh trng hay khng?
+ Cc mc tiu chung c nh hng r cho hnh ng hay
khng?
+ Cc mc tiu chung c mang tnh lu di hay khng?
- Mc tiu c th: Mc tiu c th ch trng ti kt qu c th
cn t, c th o lng c thng qua cc ch tiu c th.
