- Khi nim mc tiu c hiu l mt pht biu thnh vn v
hng ch m t chc nhm t ti; l tuyn b v nh ca t
chc mun t c cc thnh tu no trong mt tng lai hn
nh.
- Mc tiu l nhng trng thi, ct mc m nh trng mun t
c trong mt khong thi gian xc nh.
- Theo tnh cht ca mc tiu, c th phn loi:
+ Mc tiu chin lc (strategic objectives): l mc tiu rng, c
tnh tng qut chung cho ton b t chc. Mc tiu tng qut

ra vi ngun lc s dng. Chng hn: T l tt nghip, ln
lp, lu ban, b hc; Chi ph cho mi hc sinh/sinh vin, Chi
ph cho gio vin v cn b qun l so vi tng chi ph; Phn
trm vn t ngn sch chnh ph so vi tng thu nhp

Ch s hiu qu ngoi (Effectiveness Indicator):Cho bit kt


qu tt n mc no, s tin b so vi mc tiu ra. Chng
hn: T l hc sinh/sinh vin c vic lm; S lng cc
nghin cu c p dng, ti tr v ph bin.
