The purpose of this activity is to recognize major figures in
the United States. Through this activity and the websites
you will learn facts about individuals that helped shape the
United States of America.

Each slide in this PowerPoint gives you one question and a
website URL to investigate. Begin by reading the question
then copy the URL into the search browser. There you will
search for the answer and once you find it, you will write
down the answer to the question in a complete sentence on
piece of loose leaf paper.
Remember to number each answer the same as the question!
